My baby has been a great sleep for the most part up until recently. She’s been waking at least once a night and just about every night. She’ll start crying then be sleeping then do it again out of nowhere. It’s not the quick cry out then nothing, she’ll keep crying, she’s up at this point. She’s also sometimes rolling over. What’s going on and when will it stop??

She’s 8.5 months old

If it’s a sleep regression, it feels like it’s already been 6 weeks.
