I have been TTC for 5 years... With two miscarriages. I had been taking clomid and was not ovulating. This is my first month on femara and look at this bad boy!! Been cramping all evening and got this!! That solid smiley means so damn much!! Please keep your fingers crossed for me! 😍🤞🏻
