I have the Mirana but

I got the Mirena IUD last year, 2 months after having my daughter. I never have periods, and very occasional very light spotting. The last week I’ve felt very off. My breasts started leaking again, and I haven’t nursed in 6 months, sense of smell is off the chart, head aches, back and pelvic cramps, pressure, etc. I could totally be reading into it but I took a test and I have a doctor appointment Monday regardless. Thoughts???
