Cramping Bad
I need your help guys 😩 so earlier today around 6 I had bad cramping from the right side of my stomach around to the lower part of my back on my right side consistent for 2 hours I sat through it it went away so bout 2 hours ago I got in the shower and after that I started to get period like cramping on the same side soon I laid down the pain came back what should I do ?
