Period help!!!!!! 😭🧑‍⚕️

Since November I have had bleeding/mini period slightly mixed in with what looks like to be ovulation discharge, this has never happened to me before but now its happening a week after my period like clockwork. Im 35, not on any birth control and not have had sex in a year. Ive recently had sti check and its negative and had a pap in 2018. Since i cant go to the doctors right now (corona) i have to sit here and worry. Does anyone know what’s wrong with me?
