Hello glow community

I am currently 7 months pregnant and thinking about hiring a nanny part time when I go back to work. I’m not 100% sure what those hours would look like and I’m just trying to get an idea of what to expect if I do decide to hire one.

What should I be looking for in a nanny? What questions should I be asking in an interview? Where do I even look for one? what

Qualifications should she have, what can I expect of her and what would be considered extra? Do they drive and take your baby out? Etc.

I never originally considered a nanny so I’m not really sure what to expect and what to look for...
