Cramping ?

I’m 5w3d and since I hit 5 weeks I have been having cramps like period cramps. I’m trying not to worry but they’re not incredibly painful but it feels like dull cramps. Is this normal or should I go to a doctor? I’m also getting stitch like cramps as well
