What does implantation feel like?

What does implantation feel like? Last night I was 10 DPO and I felt some sharp pain on my left side that started where my left ovary is and shot to my lower sacrum. It lasted for about 3 hours and then stopped.

I know it could be anything, but can anyone tell me about their experience feeling what they thought was implantation?
