Can I please start to feel pregnant

I’m 6 weeks today so know I’m just being crazy. I know I was miserable with my first pregnancy (vomiting, all day nausea, swollen breasts, carpal tunnel. And then later fire heart burn, horrible edema and just constant pain). But at least having the symptoms gave me some odd sense of comfort. I just want to feel something so that I know this is real 😂 anyone else still peeing on a stick almost daily to confirm? Just me? 🙈
