Hello! My husband and I are in the early stages of custom building a home. We have already toured the house we like. And have decided to use that model as the base of our house. We are viewing land this weekend.

Anyone who has built a house, what advise do you have? Are there any addons that were totally worth it? Or addons that were a waste of money? Is there anything/any issues that came up that you never thought of? Anything you can share is appreciated!!
