Cramping ?
I’m 10w5d I’m having with feels like period like cramps it’s a bloated tight feeling on my lower abdomen. Should I be concerned? I had brown spotting for past couple days very very small amount could barley see it when I wiped and 1 day of red spotting 1 time very small amount as well. I’m worried and wondering if I’m Mc or what’s going on
