I think it really depends on where you live, the rates are increasing in many areas right now, I personally am waiting another couple of weeks for things like this to gauge what affect the recent protests will have on the virus spreading. If you do go I would choose a restaurant carefully, making sure servers are wearing masks and doing things to protect their customers and also sit outside.

I agree with that it depends where you live. If your area is on the rise in infected then keep safe and dont go to a restaurant. But if tour numbers are stable or on the decline I would chance it. 
I recently had a prawn sandwich at a place I know are safe and sanitary, but only because things have really calmed down here.

I’m personally not comfortable with it because our cases are still rising daily with 40-200 cases a day. My sister has gone to restaurants and she’s still working so her risk is high no matter what, I’ve warned her about staying home but she’s young and doesn’t feel too at risk. She also doesn’t have kids, live with elderly people, or health issues whereas I have a toddler and health issues myself so we have very different situations as well.
