So my daughter has had bloody stools so her dr recommended that I go dairy free. I am an exclusive pumper and an under producer so she also gets a few bottles of formula. I’m wondering if I can do this (I have crohns so my diet is already super limited). Anyone out there have a baby with a cows milk allergy and want to share your experience? How is it being dairy free? What formula are you using? How long did it take to see improvement? FTM here with horrible anxiety so any words of wisdom are appreciated!!
