bumps 🤦🏽‍♀️

there are bumps along the inside of my vag lips and i dont know what they could be. they are small and don’t have any pus or anything coming out of them but they do itch and it gets worse around my period. could these be from shaving or hormones? im not sexually active so theres a low chance of it being an std
