Not getting any deep sleep
Hello all! For the past 2-3 weeks I have been falling asleep like a light BUT waking up around 1-2am consistently with tossing and turning the rest of the night trying to get back to sleep. I feel like a walking zombie and need to get more than 3-4 hours of sleep a night. Anyone have any suggestions to help me get back to sleep without any sleeping meds? I know part of the wake ups is having to pee but still...
