is this normal?

i’m only 14 and i’ve never had sex and i haven’t changed my diet nor exercise and i don’t have anything diagnoses that i know of and for some reason i’m over 90 days late for my period. i’ve had it for around 3 years. i have no idea what’s going on

Honestly 90 days late and you’re not on birth control, I would be a little worried, maybe you only have one working ovary or something going on cyst  or Something. I remember when I was in fifth grade, I would exercise so much, that I would not get my period the entire summer. But I mean I was exercising like six to eight hours a day. And as soon as I stopped it, during the summer and went back to normal, so did My cycle. Normally the things that affect your cycle, stress, diet, exercise, sexual relations, medication, antibiotics, birth control, basically anything, but sometimes it could be PCOS or endometriosis if you’re in any pain, cysts, both ovaries not functioning well, blockages, I honestly would get checked out and maybe get an ultrasound or mri done to make sure everything is working ok.
