Second pregnancy

Is anyone on their second pregnancy and its completely different. This is my Second child and with my first pregnancy I was so bad with morning sickness and had a pregnancy rash till I was 17 weeks.. i never worried about miscarriage because I had such strong symptoms. I am at almost 7 weeks now and have nothing this time.. its making me more anxious as I think I should have symptoms 🙄 apart from the odd bloating and tender breasts every now again i wouldn't know i was pregnant.. 🙈 I am also obsessed with line progression just to make sure everything looks okay... i have a scan next week and praying it relaxes me some more. X
