I'm honestly so upset and terrified..

I had my 1 hour glucose test yesterday and my sugar levels came back high. Supposed to be 130 and it was 165. They're having me do the 3 hour test next thursday. I'm so scared...i had to do the 3 hour test last pregnancy too but i didn't have it then. I'm hoping i don't have it now. Anyone have any advice if i do have it?
