I took 2.5 letrozole twice a day my first round failed with only 1 mature egg on my left ovary it was 18mm. This is round 2 so i had an ultrasound the other day i have 5 mature follicles measureing from 18mm to 20mm on my right ovary and on my left i have 2 big ones measuring 20 and 21mm. I did the trigger shot in the office this time. Dr explained to me if i get pregnant with more than 2 babies i will have to have selected reduction. So sad. Anyone experienced this?
