Alani Nu Balance during pregnancy??

Hello! I took Alani Nu’s Balance supplement for about a year and a half and finally conceived on clomid.. I’ve still been taking it every day (I’m about 8 weeks now). I’ve also been super nauseous everyday so far. However I forgot to take it today and I’m significantly less nauseous. I have a doctors appt on Monday so obvi I’ll ask her then but should I stop taking it since we’ve conceived? I can’t find an answer on this anywhere😫
