Pos OPK CD8?

I usually dont ovulate until CD 18. 16 has been my earliest since I had my daughter 4yrs ago. I started testing today because I just finished with AF yesterday. Im still spotting a little even so I cant even tell if I have EWCM to go with it😬. But my test was positive. This is the most positive opk ive ever gotten. Has this happened to anyone else and then it ended up being a false positive and you recieved your true positive later? Should I just test again later? Hubby and I made plans to have time to bd next wk cause thats around the time i usually ovulate and we just cant make it happen this week cause we have so much going on. So now im freaking out. This was supposed to be a low stress cycle and my first day testing is stressing me.🤦‍♀️ Go figure.
