Advice on picky 4 year old

Since she started eating real food my daughter has been entirely too picky and it’s very hard to get her to eat anything healthy. Every night that I make dinner I have to make her something special for herself so she will eat something. I know you think I’m the adult so I can just make her eat what’s in front of her but it’s not that easy. My mom and grandma have always said just give her no snacks and tell her to finish her dinner when she’s hungry even if it’s for breakfast the next morning. I have tried but I’m not even kidding when I say she will just about starve herself to the point of being lethargic before she’ll eat something she doesn’t want to. I have to sneak a powder vitamin supplement into her Mac n cheese that the doctor gave us or into her breakfast essential shakes just to get her the vitamins she needs. She refuses all meat except for an occasional chicken nugget which really doesn’t even count. She will only eat green beans for veggies but only from a can I mean she’s just not eating healthy enough and she’s underweight and as a mother I’m of course concerned. Any advice to work on this issue or anyone with similar experiences?
