Have you had sex since giving birth?

I feel like I'm the only one who's still not in the mood, my sex drive went from 101 to -1...😬 I just can't bring myself to be in the mood, luckily my husband's understanding but it's scary - what if I'm NEVER in a mood again? Has anyone experienced this?

I’m often too exhausted to have sex, we try for once a week, lots of cuddling each day.

I believe I had sex again 10 weeks PP. But my sex drive has been all over the place. Most days I do not want to be touched.

We had sex 4w pp. My husband couldnt wait :) I never initiate it because I'm always thinking at all the other things I need to do. But I'm always really enjoying it, so if it somehow goes with my plans and I'm not too tired, I'm going to agree to have sex.
I never regret it :)

It’s definitely not happening as often as it was before having kids but we try at least once a week. That being said, for the first 3 months or so it only happened 2x. Since then it’s been maybe 5 more times in 2.5 months. If things go the way they did after my first two around 9 months is when I start getting back a more normal libido and a few months after that I get my fertility back. Hoping it comes back a little sooner cause I wanna ttc baby 4 soon. It’s all hormone related especially since I’m breastfeeding.

I had sex for the first time last week. I will say I don't regret it but I also want be having sex anytime soon because it hurt and I just thought I was in the mood and it turned out not to be great. Plus my biggest concern was I thought my milk was going to be leaking all over the bed that why I held off so long

Maybe 4-5 times in 4 months 🙈 I have ZERO desire and have to try really hard to get into it. I feel bad for my husband lol.

Are you breastfeeding? That can make your sex drive take a dive! X

Try to increase your estrogen. I hear it’s very common postpartum. Ask your OBGYN about it. It’s common but it shouldn’t be normal. Maybe even see a pelvic floor physical therapist. I think that going to be my next step. I’m in the same boat though. We’ve tried a few times and it’s just painful to me still

Might be the only one who’s sex drive has increased postpartum? I’ve always had a high sex drive though, we started back 3 weeks after birth and probably at least 5 times a week. Hopefully it comes back for you!! x
