Rash on C-Section Scar..?

Question

Any ideas on what the rash could be caused by? I had a c-section a year ago on May 14th 2019. Now I am 14 weeks & 2 days pregnant now with baby #2. All of a sudden I have this super red rash along my c-section scar. It’s really burning me right now, and every time I feel it the rash has a foul smelling odor. I don’t know what to do because it hurts so bad I don’t even want to touch it. 
(P.s I do apologize if I offend anyone with my picture. I tried to blur out as much as I could.)

Looks like an infection.  You need to see your doctor.

It's a sweat rash thats ended up fungal, nothing to be concerned about because the scar has fully healed, wash and dry twice daily and apply some barrier cream like sudocrem, that'll clear up in a few days! I'd call your doctor if you're concerned they will suggest/prescribe a few creams! (I work in a care home and we see this often it's just a simple rash that isn't being treated so will turn fungal, I've had it myself under my boob!!)

Looks like a yeasty rash to me. Make sure you’re washing & drying it. VERY IMPORTANT TO DRY IT COMPLETELY! Try not to wear underwear or even pants until it’s gone. Also, would see the doctor to confirm & possibly get your some prescription antifungal cream. If you can’t get in anytime soon, I’d some some otc antifungal cream!

If you don't mind me asking, did this go away? I have a very mild rash on around mine, it isn't on the incision itself, but around it.
