Embarrassing question

Ever since I hit puberty at 13 I would get pimples or cysts all over my vaginal lips and butt cheeks and just all around my vagina. It went away for a while but after I had a baby 11weeks ago, they have been coming more and more. And very painful. I have talked to my doctor and they can’t get me in right now, but it hurts so bad... what could this be? What can I do?
