Trusting My Gut??

Question

I barely felt baby moving last night before  bedtime and it's usually a time she is Very active and I havent felt her this morning at all. She's usually active when I first get up. My gut instinct is telling me to just go to the hospital but I hate to go and theres nothing wrong. What to do??

UPDATE: baby girl started actively moving after drinking my bottle of water. In fact, she still is but is resting every few mins and then starting up again. Guess she wanted to give mommy a good scare this morning!!

First I would try to eat something and maybe drink something cold and sweet! If that doesn’t get her moving I would definitely go in. Mothers instincts are always good to follow!!

I’ve always heard to lay on your left side. Try drink something cold or maybe some juice! The closer baby gets to being ready to come the less active they tend to get, but if you feel like something might be wrong do not hesitate to go in!! Praying everything is okay! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

My little one scared me to death the other day. My husband just randomly asked if she was active and I said "not right now" and then he asked about when she had been active last. (I usually can say "about ten minutes ago" or so, because this child feels to be constantly in motion.) I couldn't tell! Had it been in the morning, half a day before?! She never goes that long!
So I lied down to see if she would give me a kick. She didn't. I rolled onto my other side - rolling from side to side usually gets her to adjust her position (and some of my internal organs too) and I was hoping she would at least respond to that... She did, she gave me a good kick in my side for moving her into a less comfortable position.
It was just a couple of minutes but really pumped my heartrate up.
Mine will usually get active when I drink a hot coffee (extra mild, about 2-3 times a week), eat or drink something very cold, if I don't sit right she'll push at my ribs to give her more space, or when I lie down. Sometimes I lie down and she's alright, other times she'll immediately adjust herself. If I've been lying down for a bit and she's comfy, rolling to my other side usually rouses her and she'll adjust positions again.

Call your OB, they should have an after hours line. But also consider just going in. This is what happened to me my first pregnancy and a few hours later she was born via emergency csection. Luckily everything was fine but I’m so glad I trusted my instinct and called

My baby girl does this sometimes! Usually if I eat or drink something and lay down for a minute or so she will start back up with her insane kicks! I say it happens cause I don’t feed her fast enough she has to scare me. 🤦🏼‍♀️ 
But you know your body and baby. Never feel bad for calling in for movement !
