Implantation Or Period Help!!!!

I went to sleep at 9 something and woke up at 12am because my stomach was cramping and the first picture is what my underwear looked like at 12 am and before that I was always getting watery and white discharge and I was five days late .Soooo I wore a panty liner and I woke up this morning and the second picture is what I see I’m So Scared I don’t know if this is my period or what!!!
