First post here and hoping to get some advice

My SO is in recovery from a previous cocaine addiction

I have read numerous articles about how it can affect sperm count and mobility.

I have also read stuff that says things like if people stop drinking/smoking/using drugs then within 3 months the sperm is repaired

My question is therefore could previous damage have caused irrepairable damage or is it more a cAse of after becoming healthy again it’s back to normal, ie the problems of lower count efc are caused while being an active user ?
