Spotting day before period

It’s never happened in the past but has been for quite a few months now. Really only when I wipe it’ll be a very light pale color & I know I’ll be getting my period the next day. Not even sure if you could consider it spotting?

I was just reading into it & apparently if it comes on all of a sudden it means I could have a cyst or something?

Is this normal & should I be worried or not? Other than the “spotting” my period is quite normal & just randomly started happening with no other symptoms so I figured it was normal
