Guys I need some help!! So I found out yesterday that we’re going to the beach for a week in August. Literally a month and a half away. Me and my boyfriend have both been trying to lose weight, and we were going on long walks, about an hour, everyday. For about two months and nothing was changing. We also changed our diet as well and started eating home more and less fried food. Well, now we have a puppy that we recently brought home so finding time to ride the exercise bike, go for walks (he’s only on round two of four for his puppy shots so he can’t leave the yard yet) and do sit-up/pushups has been hard as we work opposite schedules. What is the BEST way/diet to lose weight relatively quickly? I know it won’t happen overnight and I really only need to lose about 15-20 and him about the same. Just for reference, I’m 5’ 8”-9” About 170 pounds and my breasts are a D cup so some of my weight is obviously in the chest area. This is me now, please excise my messy ass bathroom 😂😭
