Have any of you started looking into sleep training methods for your January babies? Or have you even started already? My little one just turned 5 months and I’ve been looking into it. She’s been sleeping in her crib in her nursery since she was just shy of 3 months old, but up until tonight, we’ve still been rocking her to sleep. Tonight, I just wanted to give it a shot to kind of see where she was with putting herself to sleep in her crib. She did alright, took about 20 minutes of her kind of playing and half fussing, then she did a 3 minute cry, I picked her up, comforted her and laid her back down while patting her chest and she fell asleep. I might keep it up over the next few nights and see how it continues to go. Any thoughts?
