Demoid cyst

Nicolephelps

In 2016 I had a 9.1cm cyst removed off my right ovary, as well as the right fallopian tube removed (due to it being twisted from the cyst). On friday I had another ultrasound done and they found a 2.6cm dermoid cyst on/or in my left ovary as well as another cyst on my right ovary. So i have a few options....

1. Take out both cysts

2. Take out both cysts and remove the right ovary (fallopian tube is gone anyways, so i cant get pregnant on that side)

3. Get a full hysterectomy due to my past issues with multiple cysts and heavy and painful periods

Alot to think about! Any advice?

I would go with option 1. I would not want anything removed besides the cysts. Our ovaries support us our entries lives. Many women become really depressed after hysterectomy surgery. Check out the HERs Foundation before you decide.
