No Eyebrows?!

Fellow females with VERY light eyebrows...how do you make yourself or give yourself confidence when going into public without make up on? I wish I wouldn’t be so embarrassed but I am because I’m super dark haired so I just look odd, and I got made fun of for my eyebrows all of growing up. I’ve dyed them and everything but how do I become confident to feel comfortable with them naturally
