Fear of statues?

Guys I need help. Idk why but, I’m terrified of human statues or just any big statues and paintings of humans like big paintings like the Sistine chapel. I always look down when walking past a statue or I flip the page if a painting of humans is on that specific page. I’m fine with wax figures of humans but, I’m terrified of statues. So bizarre. Lol I’ve never heard of anyone else having this issue. Here are some examples of what I’m terrified of:

Not sure this is controversial in the slightest but maybe it would be worth talking to a therapist or something as I think that would be beneficial

Are the pictures of the statues terrifying or just the statues in person

There’s starting to be some research to support that memories can be passed down.  For instance, being scared of spiders as a toddler, but never have encountered them before, these types of fears are helpful for survival (think of ancestors living in caves with deadly spiders, the babies that are scared of them and get away are more likely to survive).
Anyhow...it makes me wonder if there might have been past trauma in your ancestral line within a church setting or around large statues like the pictures you have shown.

i wonder if something “bad” happened to you as a child which you then in the moment associated with humanoid statues. 
E has obviously posted something super interesting about phobias being passed down, which is super exciting. previously, phobias were understood to be conditioned into us. 
i feel very sick when i see spiders, and will actually become hysterical. it’s a reaction that developed because when i was younger i (accidentally) picked up a spider nest and hundred of spiderlings completely covered my arm. 
i cannot get the feeling of them crawling all over me out of my head whenever i see one. 
but that happened when i was about 4/5 years old and i must have suppressed the memory, because it only resurfaced when i was 14/15 years old. before then, i had no idea why i reacted so severely to seeing spiders, or even seeing them in a book, or on screen, or even the thought of them.
