Nipple piercing bleeding when I shower

They’re like a lil under a week old I had inverted nipples so it was a lil tricky to pierce they didn’t use clamps and the left one was difficult he said ..... but anyway so the right was been cool but the left one keeps bleeding if I take a shower the water washes away the dry blood and starts bleeding a again is this okay? itsnot infected I do not believe and I haven’t used anything on it barley even been wearing anything cuz the one kept bleeding if a shirt touched it

Thank you to everyone answering update that’s mostly dried blood from a while ago but I didn’t want to clean it off in case it’s like the scab
