Anyone go through a D&C?

Aug2019 I lost twins at 5w

Just lost triplets and had a D&C 5/28. My doctor has me taking baby aspirin and double folate. My bleeding stopped 4 days prior to my 2 week check up and she has cleared me to begin trying again. I started spotting and now fully bleeding like a period and I’m on day 3 of bleeding. I thought it was my period but my doctor said it wouldn’t start this soon. (A little over 2 weeks postop) i just started getting - hpt’s 2 days ago. - opk yesterday and today it’s +. So maybe I’m ovulating? I thought i May have ovulated around the 8th based off cramping/discharge but unsure! Has anyone else dealt with bleeding like this and have any answers? I’ve posted in multiple groups and no one has similar stories and I’m so concerned.
