legs measuring 38 weeks at 32 weeks?!

i had a grown sonogram today and i swear to god on the screen it said her legs were measuring 38 weeks and the sonographer looked completely baffled. is this normal or was i hallucinating?! i know it said 38 weeks. im so confused
