Implantion bleeding??

My last period was April 29.

I ovulated May 20 and had sex with my partner using donor sperm on May 21.

I’ve had negative tests since then but today I’ve been experiencing weird bleeding, backaches, sore breasts, and lightheaded spurts and frequent urination as well. I took a picture of the bleeding as I am now confused if it’s implantion or not.

It’s been this weird brown/ pinkish red for the past few hours now. And it’s ONLY when I wipe.

Normally when my periods start it’s like the flood gates to hell.

When should I test again or should I chalk this up to my period starting?
