Has anyone tried the Chloe Ting 2 week video workouts. Ive seen alot of people of different sizes on YT try it and have results. I would love to know how it went if anyone here has!

hey! i’m almost done with her two week shred challenge. honestly the hardest part for me was either getting the energy to do it or trying to not get discouraged after u find no results after the first few days. 
She is very motivating and her song choice is rly good for all the workouts. i wouldn’t say that i got abs in those ten days that i have been doing it, but i have noticed the center line of my abs is slowly coming in.
Just eat right, stick to it, and battle through it. you’ll feel sooo much better when you do it. also, if u workout out outside in the evening, and the shower, you’ll sleep better that night and burn more calories when you sleep. good luck!

Hey! I did her two week shred challenge and I’m in the mids of doing her first Hourglass challenge. I like to say I have a decent diet. It’s not a calorie counting, can never treat myself diet, but it’s not bad at all either! I seemed to have lost an inch or two depending where I was measuring. Honestly you’ll sweat every workout and she’s the cutest coach ever. I don’t know exactly if it’s effective but the free schedule gets me going every day that I’m free to do so and I think that’s great when the gyms are closed.
