My mom and I are ok, but she didn’t raise me. Had me at 15 and was just running wild. My grandmother took myself and my brother in. Moved back with my mom at 14. I’m now 29 and I can’t tell you when’s the last time I hugged my mom or told her I loved her. She’s toxic asf and chooses men over her children. This effected me a lot growing up and still to this day. I had to learn myself which guys to stay away from and etc. I’ve never had that sit down mommy & me talk. Now that I have children of my own, I can NEVER do them the way my mom has done my brother and I.
