Has anyone been diagnosed with this while pregnant?

I just was for the first time at 15 weeks

My doctor said it could go away after pregnancy but most likely it was an issue before pregnancy. I have to see a second high risk doctor and an endocrinologist getting ultrasound every other week to track babies. It all seems a little much has anyone been diagnosed with this before or during pregnancy? What were the outcomes? I’m having twins so I’m already going to be early but they keep telling me to expect to go early so now I’m scared 😭
