Hello - I am trying to get pregnant (1st one). So, I have a stupid question, hoping someone can please clarify ?

After sex I’m seeing some kind of white liquid coming out of my vagina. Only logical explanation could be, me and my husband both had orgasm together. As most of the sperm came came out, does that mean i wont get pregnant? Is it an issue if both male and female have orgasm together???
