Growth spurt at 4 weeks?

My LO is 4 weeks today. I noticed yesterday that she’s eating more frequently and for a longer period of time (breastfeeding and letting dad do bottle feeding twice a day). Anyone else experience a growth spurt at 4 weeks? Also, how many ounces are you feeding your LO at this stage?

My son’s pediatrician said that he will have a growth spurt around 3 weeks and 6 weeks (can vary) We just hit 3 weeks and he is most definitely going through his first big growth spurt.... boy was I unprepared.
Super super clingy
Eats every hour 
Extremely fussy- especially when uncomfortable
Wants to sleep, but isn’t getting much because he just wants to eat and eat and will only sleep when in someone’s arms
Breasts are filling up quicker to keep up with increased demand
It’s been a rough few days, he’s finally sleeping in his crib right this second and I am hoping that means growth spurt is ending!

Yep they say 3 and 6 weeks my son was 4 weeks on Tuesday and sat, sun, mon were big feeding days!
Then I weighed him and he was 11 lb 14oz 😳 from 8lb 9 birth weight

Same here! I didn’t think about that until I saw this post lol. He’s had a little cold so I figured he’s been hungrier because of that. Definitely must be a growth spurt!

My son is 4 weeks today and eating nonstop! He is on formula and today he had 30 ounces! (He is a bigger baby... over 11lbs.) He is also a lot fussier than usual... I assume it is a growth spurt.

My LO is like this! He’s eating 3oz every 1.5-2hrs
