Keto help
I have started intermittent fasting and keto with a max net carb of 25. I’m doing a minimum of 16 hours of fasting (essentially skipping breakfast).
The problem is, I’m STARVING! I had a protein shake with zucchini and PB2 in it, which after I drank and calculated ended up being a whopping 20 net carbs. It’s been two hours since I drank it and I’m dying.
When did you notice your appetite curbing when starting keto? I’m a notorious over eater, so this is definitely a big deal for me to conquer. I also am ready to start exercising but I know that I can’t do that until the fatigue/hunger subsides.
