My right boob has been SO FULL since last night! I usually alternate sides each feed because my letdown is strong and my son only nurses 4 to 6 minutes each time (any longer than 8 minutes and he's guaranteed to spit it all up).

Since last night, my right boob will not empty. I finally gave up and decided to hand express - I gently touched above my nipple and the spray began. In 30 seconds, without even touching, I had over 1.5oz...and I AM STILL FULL. 😪
