Help me plz

So before me and my husband got married, he wouldn’t let me touch his nipples or butt during sex. Literally the night after our wedding night we were having sex and he asked if I would touch his nipples, I did and he came fast. Fast forward a couple months and he wants butt stuff done to him. Now, I’m all about exploring your sexuality, but i don’t personally like doing butt stuff with him 😅 and now every time we have sex he wants his nipples played with, that I don’t mind.

My question is, is it weird that after 5 years together he wants nothing to do with these things then literally right after getting married he wants both?

& yes I did offer these things and try them before but he seemed like he absolutely didn’t want it. If I tried to get anywhere near his butt he would say no.
