I am constipated and also have a stupid hemorroid 😰😰 alittle bleeding through my butt ... tmi. I just want to poop

I’m not sure what to tell you but I don’t eat meat or dairy or gluten and I don’t have a problem pooping. I might have one day where my poop is like super small but then the next day it makes up for it LOL.
Eat more fruit and veggies.

Also constipation is a sign of dehydration. Make sure you are drinking plenty plenty water. 
For the hemorrhoid use Vaseline or a&d ointmebt and wipe it back there every single time you use the bathroom (#1 or 2) every single time. And push that hemorrhoid back in there you should start to feel relief after a day. ￼

Doctor told me 800 mg of magnesium and that helped me. After 2 days bm where good. My ￼ hemorrhoids are still a mess but dr said after baby comes should get better.

Had the same issue, dr prescribed me a prescription prenatal around 5mo that had a stool softener in it and that thing was magic!!! I can’t remember the name but talk to your Obgyn if it’s an option, it was a very low dosage but taking it daily was enough to get things back to normal, also use tucks wipes for the hemorrhoid. From 3-5mo I tried everything the only thing that helped was the prenatal and prunes, I ate like 3lbs a week.
