I wouldn't bank on the old wives tale. I'm having a boy and his HR is always between 160-170 at each visit

If it’s above 140 wives tales say girl. It was right for both my pregnancies (average was 135 for my son and the heart rate for this one was 185 and it’s a girl) but wrong for my sister. She had a 185 at her ultrasound and she’s having a boy.
