So my mucous plug came out Tuesday at 4:08pm but the whole night I been to the bathroom to pee like every hour and been uncomfortable sleeping idk what to do now Wednesday I went walking for the first time cause I’m always tired and I sleep most of my day my son balls up every time I get to walking and ion even get far before he even balls up what’s going on and what to do cause this my first baby it feel like I have to pee every time he balls up idk if I’m doing anything right and he’s due July 4,2020 and my pelvic bone is also separating and it’s hurts to even move most of the time
