Is it bad to take 600 mcg of folic acid when not pregnant?
I take 400 mcg methylfolate but then also an iron tablet every day which contains 200 mcg of folic acid. Is that too much for my body?
Edit: mg =/= mcg !!!!
And I want to know if I'm taking too much. Not trying to get pregnant right now, just taking it in case it does happen
